Qualification
– Graduated Bachelor’s degree
– Experience in IT or technical recruitment is highly advantage
– Experience as HR work
– Very good at MS Word, Excel
– Very good in English especially read and write
– Good in Chinese is advantage
– Able to use Social media platform to job advertising
Job description
– Search the candidates from job websites and social media Linkedin, Facebook
– Write the analyzed job description. Manage and draft the job ads
– Pre-screen interview the candidate as per guideline
– Re-write the resume in company’s format
– Provide consulting to the clients and candidates
– Schedule the interview with candidate for client
– Operate and control quality of the end-to-end recruitment process
– Negotiate the offer process between client and candidates.
– Keep all recruitment activities in recruitment report
– Prepare the recruitment report as per Thailand regulation
– Helping the sales to explore the new client where needed
– Manage the employees benefits for client
– Update information to management, sales and accounting team
– Weekly KPI
– Other as per assigned
Details
Location : Ekkamai and WFH
Salary range : 18,000+ THB with high commission and work from home
